so please give me some tips on how to improve my team and please no nature suggestions!

natures are important but anyway..here's a few comments:

Hitmonlee: IMO it only needs Brick Break out of those moves...then give it Rock Slide, and some other physical moves.. like EQ, Return, etc.

Blissey: .....it's base Att. is 10....Egg Bomb and Double Edge will do nothing... something like this would probably be better:
-Seismic Toss
-Softboiled
-Heal Bell/Aromatherapy
-Thunder Wave

Charizard: I say EQ over Blast Burn or Dragon Claw if you really want to keep Blast Burn for novelty reasons (since that's really the only reason for ever keeping it..)

Gengar: Psychic and T-bolt over Shadow Punch and Metronome to make use of its amazing Sp.Att.

Mewtwo: Flamethrower over Shadow Ball for Steel types and to work with CM/its insane Sp.Att. Maybe Rest over Recover?

Kabutops: Make use of its high Attack with something like
-Ancient Power
-Aerial Ace
-Swords Dance
-Surf?

EQ comes from the Viridian Gym or if you need extras, you can get them using Pick Up in Emerald with a lv. 91-100 pokemon.
