No, because they are Poison type and will die to Psychic attacks. Just hit them with physical attacks and they will go down.

Well, we can tell you types. Dark, Ghost and Bug. Snorlax should be good taking her down with Shadow Ball. Or any Physical attack really.

Not really. Pidgeot is outclassed by Dodrio and even Fearow. Electrode is meh, and if you can't trade Seadra.

Yeah, it is. It is frail, so it can't even take a hit. It has pretty bad attack. Not good.

Kingdra can't evolve for the first E4, and I'm sure you could get a better water type for after when you get the national dex.
