Add a Cost Down for your Enraged Muka Muka. But, if not, use Attack and Receive.

But why exactly would you consider this advcanced if it is against the rules? Even in traditional you may only have 1 Ring of Destruction. You also needed to put "YGO" in the title just so you know.
