I´d say you shouldn´t use Miracle seed or those kinds of items. Try leftovers instead. Also, lose lose solarbeam and sunny day for Leech seed (I don´t remember if it could learn it) and syntesis, maybe.

You don't need Giga Drain AND Solar Beam. They're both Grass attacks that do damage, so one is enough. Meggy isn't meant to be a sunny beamer either.

Double-Edge, Ingrain isn't ever the best solution (Especially considering what you said), seeing as once something that can take out Meganium (A ton of Pokemon can) switches in, you're done.
