Is the nature any good? Should I go for adamant or Jolly? Breed for another? Also, could anyone suggest to me any EV's please if I wanted a new one? I don't know about speed ev's because Metagross can only outrun a handfull of pokemon. Maybe some ev's should go into the defensive area.

Brave is okay since this is InGame, though I myself recommend Adamant.

If you get a new Gross, use something like this:

EVs: 144 HP / 252 Atk / 112 Def
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Explosion
- Meteor Mash
- Rock Slide

Assuming max IVs. Just max out its Attack and spread the rest between HP and Defense, it doesn't need Speed unless you're obsessed with harming Agiligross before it uses Agility.

pretty good. instead of sludge bomb, use a bold faced move. the nature should be naughty
raise another one and ev train it in attack, spc attack, and hp

DO NOT SUGGEST HYPER BEAM.

Also yes, lets have a physical sweeper have one special attack that wouldn't work well on it considering it'd be a waste to put EV's into special attack with such a useless move on such a physical movepool.

Naughty nature is no no as well.

Breed another one with Adamant nature and 31 IV'S in:Attack/Defense/Sp.Defense/HP/Speed.

These should be the Ev's distribution:

252 Attack
130 Defense
70 Speed
52 Sp.Defense
6 HP

It's a horrible moveset I know. I didn't hold its evolution so it could learn meteor mash. I forgot the ev's I gave it. I'm sure I gave it 252 in attack, and I forgotthe others. I would preferably go for one with the same nature, with flawless attach, speed, and hp.

When my Metagross was at Lv. 50 it had 193 or something in Attack, so I don't think that the IVs on yours is very good. I think the person said that mine was above average, and I EV trained it in Atk, Def and Sp.Def.
The moveset on mine at the moment is:

-Psychic
I'm contemplating putting Sludge Bomb in there, and I'm definately going to put Explosion in there. Then I just need to get a Choice Band...

Being a Metagross breeder, it'd be pretty sad if I couldn't fix something like this! Well, here's what I'd suggest:

The Metagross that I used for these standards turned out fantastic.

I personally don't like Sweepers with just Physical or Special attacks because it makes them vulnerable to Mirror Coat/ Counter, especially weak to Wobbuffett.
