That's why I have a Medicham and Metagross to counter them.

The strategy using Alakazam is to Endure a big hit, have the berry boost a stat and Attack like crazy. I will consider the EVs and berry. Thank you.

I don't really like CB (same goes for Metagross). The strategy with Medicham is to get his HP low and activate the Salac Berry and play off of Reversal. It has saved me a bunch of times. I will consider this set though.

Thanks for you input!

Alakazam;065;@Leftovers

EVs: 200 HP / 252 Spd / 56 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)

Attacks:
Psychic
Fire Punch
Calm Mind
Encore

Alakazam probably won't OHKO after a Petaya boost, and T-Tar absolutely rapes it without Leftovers. Just use the Encore set to force out Pokes like CalmCune and Lax while getting a free Calm Mind on the switch.

Solrock;338;@Choice Band
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 24 HP / 252 Atk / 44 Def / 188 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)

Attacks:
Earthquake
Explosion
Shadow Ball
Rock Slide

I know you don't like CB, but it'll really help out Solrock. 1 less HP than multiple of 16 to minimize poison/Leech Seed damage, enough speed to outspeed Adamant T-Tar.

Starmie;121;@Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
Nature: Timid
EVs: 48 HP / 216 Spd. / 244 Sp.Atk.
Attacks:
Recover
Rapid Spin
Surf
Thunderbolt

Use Rapid Spin on Starmie; leaving Rapid Spin off the best Rapid Spinner is a crime.

Xatu;178;@Leftovers
Trait: Synchronize
Nature: Calm
EVs: 4 HP / 176 Def. / 156 Sp.Atk. / 172 Sp.Def.
Attacks:
Confuse Ray
Wish
Psychic
Thunder Wave

Xatu sucks.

Medicham;308;@Choice Band
Trait: Huge Power
Nature: Adamant252 ATK, 252 Speed, 4 HP
.
Attacks:
Brick Break
Focus Punch

Rock Slide
Shadow Ball

CB Medicham is the best, Reversal version is easier to stop. Plus, Salamence won't screw this over if you can RocK Slide it on the switch.

Metagross;376;@Leftovers
Trait: Clear Body
Nature : Adamant
EVs: 24 HP / 232 Atk. / 16 Def. / 236 Sp.Def.
Attacks:
Explosion
Agility/Thunderpunch
Earthquake
Meteor Mash

No boom? :( Anyway, 198 Speed for Agility variant, 251 Spc. ATK with Brave if using Thunderpunch. Special Defense EVs should be removed for Defense, more HP.

I recommend kicking Xatu to the curb, as it's a piece of ****.

Hmm...

Exeggutor @ Leftovers
Modest (+SAtk, -Atk)
50 HP / 208 Spd / 252 SAtk
- Sunny Day
- Solarbeam
- Sleep Powder
- Hidden Power Ice

It might work. You could certainly use the HP Ice to fend off Sala.

StrayedBullet

OMFG................
Gardy is also an option, but Zam does basically the same thing... Gardy can Will-O-Wisp and Ice Punch can get rid of Salamence...

Okay. I've made a change to the team and it's actually working really well. I got rid of Xatu and replaced it with Exeggutor.

Exeggutor;103;@Quick Claw (It works)
Trait: Chlorophyll
Nature: Calm
EVs: 4 HP / 56 Def. / 216 Spd. / 96 Sp.Atk. / 136 Sp.Def.
Attacks:
Psychic
Sleep Powder
Solarbeam
Sunny Day

Exeggutor;103;@Leftovers (hax are like drugs, just say no to them :<)
Trait: Chlorophyll
Nature: Modest
EVs: 50 HP / 208 Spd. / 252 Sp.Atk. (you don't need defenses when you're faster than anything, have a throbbing Special Attack, and can sleep opponents with relative ease)
Attacks:
HP Ice - you already have Psychic on Alakazam and you need some way to repel Salamence. Alternatively, you may put HP Fire on Exeggutor to use the boost from Sunny Day and then stick the Ice Punch on Zam, whichever suits your fancy. Just bear in mind that only the punches will be able to inflict freezing/burning.
Sleep Powder
Solarbeam
Sunny Day
Over ten characters.

I've made a couple more changes:

Starmie@Shell Bell

I wanted to get rid of hax. Suggestions for better items appreciated. I don't want any item repeats either.

Solrock@Choice Band
Nature Jolly
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk. / 252 Spd.
Attacks:
Earthquake
Explosion
Rock Slide
Shadow Ball

I would go for Adamant Solrock, speed isn't really going to help it that much, needs defence, less speed, more HP. Rapid Spin on Starmie over Ice Beam probably.

I think you're right about Solrock. That will be changed.

I don't use Rapid Spinners usually. I don't think that it's too important, and with such high Sp.Atk., why not give it a bunch of special moves?

Because Skarm is everywhere, and Spikes can seriously impair a team without a Rapid Spinner (since switching is, well, half the battle I guess).

Heracross says hi.

Facing an Endrevving Heracross most definitely means game over for you. CBcross will definitely give your team hell, but not as easily.
