swampert should have max hp and some defences instead of max satk

Chesto/rest on Swampert has helped me a lot of times. It works better thans leftovers on Swampert for me :-/

Ow yeah and Duggie's nature should be adamant offcourse ^^'

Chesto-Rest on Swampert means you cannot switch into anything that has neutral effectivness.

Swampert doesn't want leftovers it NEEDS it, otherwise it becomes an average pokemon that doesn't really do anything

I've tried it, and I liked Chesto/rest better...
Swampert doesn't have enough staying power to use rest... I should have a heal beller, but I haven't... That's why I prefer chesto/rest.

with the evs you gave to swampert, of course it won't have enough staying power
252 hp/136 def/80 satk/40 sdef with relaxed nature should give it the staying power it needs to use rest; then again, hp:bug/protect/curse/etc. are usually better options over rest if you don't have a cleric, as swampert can stay alive without rest
and give it lefties definitly, chesto berry just sucks

Maybe you could use Blissey instead of Regice, and put away Salamence's Lum Berry, and Swampert's Chesto Berry because of Aromatherapy. Maybe put away Dugtrio , you don't have Rapid Spinner yet, and no Sleep Sponge. But overall, it's a nice team.

to trap other thigns and kill them

I just hate Blissey... Skarmbliss is just NO fun to play with
And I think Regice is alot better than Blissey.
Dugtrio almost always kills at least 2 pokémon, so I don't see why I would put him away I don't see the need for a rapid spinner.
Sleep Sponge??? Explain plz!

skarmory is a horrible lead, as the opponent will know without having to make a single move what your physical wall is; not to mention the fact that if he has magneton, he will be sure not to let it get killed before skarm is dead..
while salamence is still a good lead

Why do you need to be such a smart ***? -_-

Why is Blissey 100 times better? It only has great sp defence and a good move pool but that's it!
While Regice has great sp defence and good special attack...
I prefer the last. Blissey is easier to counter these days.
