I'm pretty sure Pidgeot is NU. And there can't be a Pidgeot weak if Fearow and Swellow are in the same Tier, because the two will do a lot more damage than Pidgeot will.

I would not think that grumpig is UU, it would probably be OU if it has Calm Mind and Rest.
Pidgeot has got good stats but a terrible movepool.(People even consider giving it Toxic!) So it is probably NU because it is Never Used.

Hm,i just think using pre evolved pokes such as graveler and Haunter is a cheap and un-snhining way to build a NU team, i would love to see Magcargo, Chimecho, Tropius, Noctowl, Ariados, and many other potentially NU pokes that are usable and EVOLVED!

Alas, IMO Pidgeot is UU and no NU

pre-evos aren't NU anyway they are P-E, they have their own metagame

Pre-evos are not NU but they could battle fairly well with other NU Pokemon. Ponyta is one of the first stage Pokemon that has the kighest stat total. Ponyta's stats are not assembled the best way possible but it has a fairly good potential in NU being a sunny beamer. Other Pokemon like Metang, Dragonair, Shelgon, Pupitar, Vigoroth, etc. also have good potential in NU battling, even tough they are not NU. Although Houndoom is OU its moveset is not the classic OU moveset. If you want to make sure your Houndoom will have a fair match against other UU teams you could give it Bite instead of Crunch and perhaps Ember, Fire spin, etc. instead of Flamethrower.
One thing people do not understand sometimes is that you can give your Pokemon weaker attacks to change them from OU to UU. Medicham is a great example. Make it a special sweeper it would be UU or NU but make it a physical sweeper and it will be OU.

usage, and general power makes it up, things are overused because they are used a lot or just own so much **** in uu that they are overpowered (rhydon/Houndoom) and changing their movset to compensate is retarded

-Pidgeot can hurt that much in NU because of things like Relicanth, even HP Fighting/Ground won't do as much as you'd like, Fearrow and Swellow have better chances hurting Golem
-Grumpig is NOT OU
-Pidgeot does NOT need more movepool
-Pidgeot does NOT need Toxic
-Unstandard movesets or movesets that don't work well with their stats does NOT make a pokemon NU
-Unevolved are NOT NU or UU, they have their own metagame

Hope this cleared some things out. Deciding Pidgeot's tier is very hard though
