CBgross doesn't need any Speed, or very little, with **** loads of HP and Def.

Max HP on Regice.

I like Max HP on Zapdos just because he's a Sleep Talker that doesn't get hurt by Spikes and he's quite defensive. It also gets max Leftovers recovery, and although the Burn/Poison damage does kinda get upped, it can Rest those anyway.
