Blissey@leftovers

ability: natural cure
evs: 252 hp/252 Def/6 Def
Calm nature (+SDef -Atk)
-stealth rock
-thunderwave
-seismic toss
-softboiled

Lead. Start with a stealth rock, then t-wave unless immune. Seismic toss for consistant damage (especially with it's aweful attack)

Ninjask@leftovers

ability:speed boost
evs:252 Hp / 136 Spe / 122 Atk
Jolly nature (+Spe -SpA)
-baton pass
-protect
-substitute
-x-scissor

I seriously hope for no stealth rock, because it just kills ninjask, but I'll take my chances. He baton passes speed, hopefully to my Heracross. If switched in to something weak to bug, x-scissor can do a little damage.

Heracross@flame orb

ability:guts
evs:6 Hp / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant nature (+Atk -Spa)
-earthquake
-megahorn
-close combat
-stone edge

With guts and the flame orb, major attack power available with Heracross. Stone edge to cover flyers, megahorn and close combat for nice stabs. With speed boosts from ninjask, I can avoid using choice.

Gengar@leftovers

ability:levitate
evs:6 Hp / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid nature (+Spe -Atk)
-focus blast
-energy ball
-shadow ball
-destiny bond

A good special attacker in Gengar. Focus blast and Shadow ball cover most things, energy ball just in case of a need for something to go against rock and such. Destiny bond when times are hopeless, to at least take out one opposing poke.

Gallade@choice scarf

ability:steadfast
evs:252 Atk/ 252 Spe / 6 Hp
Adamant nature (+Atk -SpA)
-close combat
-ice punch
-night slash
-psycho cut

Gallade is one of my favorite pokemon. I gave him a choice scarf to outspeed things so he can get in a hit with his decent attack power. Close combat and psycho cut for stabs, ice punch in case i run into any dragons. night slash for ghost and phsycic.
-----

Salamence@life orb

ability:intimidate
evs:252 Atk / 252 Spe / 6 Hp
adamant nature (+ Atk - SpA)
-outrage
-earthquake
-aerial ace
-flamethrower

Life orb is for an extra kick in power. I have outrage for the stab, along with aerial ace. Flamethrower is thrown in just to have a fire attack on my team, and it was chosen over fire blast for accuracy.

Well there is my team, hopefully i followed the right format this time... anyways, please rate, any and all comments are well appreciated

Don't put blissey as a lead. There are many physical leads and blissey is way too slow. A ninjask lead is not too bad. Try this: swords dance xscissor protect baton pass (focus sash). Interesting hera. Gengar can't take hits so lefties are useless. give focus sash or life orb. I don't think destiny bond is a good idea. Put in t bolt. Take out speed EVs from gallade as there is nothing to outrun with that speed that can't be done with less EVs (see the speed boundary). If gallade is the recipient of ninjask, then DON'T put choice.Use expert belt. Fire blast is better on mence as well as Dragon dance (take out Aerial ace and flamethrower. They don't have much power and coverage.

Right. Why would you choose the rather useless Blissey as your lead if you have Ninjask on your team? Using Ninjask as the lead recitifies his Stealth Rock worries, which as you mentioned are a large hinderance given the overall prevalence of turn 1 Stealth Rock.

Use Fire Blast > Flamethrower on Salamence, and Stone Edge or Dragon Claw > Aerial Ace, which offers nothing in terms of coverage.

Argh, Pursuit > Earthquake on Heracross: everything Earthquake hits will generally be hit for suitable damage by his other attacks.

Gengar should really be considering Thunberolt instead of Energy Ball.

Your team lacks enormously in terms of physical defence. CBTyranitar or Salamence can happily rampage through you due to your lack of good rock and dragon resistances (Gallade will not be able to stand up to any boosted hits) particularly considering no member of the team outside of Blissey can heal itself.

Ninjask leads are for n00bs. Metagross or Jirachi would be much better leads, depending on whether you want bulk or speed, respectively.
