And I know I have all sweepers but it's ingame and I will get some better ones for the Battle Frontier.I will be challenging the Elite Four soon, and I'm confident I'll win.

Hmmm...

I'd recommend teaching your Empoleon Grass Knot, as your Empoleon seems more Specially based, instead of Drill Peck.

But apart from that, in-game wise it looks good.

I suggest getting a fire type, or have a fire type move. Like teach Gallade Fire punch.

Get rid of razor leaf for Leafeon, because generally this pokemon has a horrible special attack stat. Try and teach it seed bomb, or level it up to 70 and teach it leaf blade (which you said you will eventually do)

ummm no
razor leaf is physical but leaf blade would still be better
empoleon- empoleon has horrible attack so replace it with substitute or agility to help you sweep. let it hold life orb or leftovers
yanmega- again, extremely low attack so replace steel wing and aerial ace with air slash and bug buzz. toxic isn't a good idea on a frail pokemon so replace it with hypnosis or protect/detect

you have to first connect to a wifi source by pressing on "connect to wifi"
and then you exchange fcs, and if you are on at the same time as the other person, you will see them in the wifi room below the pokemon center
then you can arrange whatever you want by going to the flashing screen in the room
