You need to specify their natures, IV's and how exactly you EV trained them.
I'll go ahead and say using Ninjask in the Battle Frontier is very risky, and therefor, I do not suggest using it.

oh well you're right the thing is the team is still planned which means i haven't defeat the elite four yet ( which comes first ) and i don't have all the team members ( fully evolved ).About Ninjask..i think i will use him in the elite four but which pokemon should i replace him for the battle frontier?any ideas?

He's right but it looks like a really solid team, I would be careful with ninjask though maybe put in a grass type there. I know your playing emerald but a venusaur would look awesome on this team.

EDIT: If you complete the national dex you can get a meganium from birch that could fit in nicely.
