We have stickies and endlessly link to Smogon for a reason. Single Pokemon rates just turn into spam threads where everyone says the same thing and then some noob will jump in proclaiming their might worthless piece of crap Pokemon is the "gr8t3zt 3v@h". You picked generic Porygon2, levelled it to 55, gave it Psychic >Twave and haven't EV trained it.... Not much to rate. Single Pokemon threads should only be about new and innovative ideas.
