Pursuit it a little stupid, but, if you use it at the first turn Umbreon its in, and your opponent dont Switch, you will be 70% sure that him wont switch in the second turn, making his pkmn vulnerable to Mean Look.
This guy have a very important use on Snorlax, Forretress and even Blissey, using mean look with charm, switching to Ttar sub-DD and making a sweet 6 DD. The reason Umby is Calm and not Bold, is that he is my Spc Wall AND it have charm to cover the physical "Weakness".
