Rock Slide is the best choice ingame, but Fire Blast isn't too bad. Even with Adamant Nature Fire Blast coming from a base 110 Spec. Atk can hit Skarmory and Weezing hard. I smell a sharked mence here though.

Special Salamence, otherwise known as Elemence. Works better in R/S than Full Advance. With Brick Break and Rash nature it's known as Mixmence, and counters special walls to an extent.

Needs a good bulky water and a special sweeper in the team. Honestly, why use Gyarados when you're got Salamence in your team? Really, it's redundant.
