Yes, SapphireL's Mew is the standard, but I suggested a Physical one simply to avoid redundancy. And also, you don't have any Physical Pokemon, and Mew is really the only one in that team that can pull off that role, hence the Swords Dance/Bulk Up set. The standard Mew is generally better, but I believe that Physical Mew fits more into the team...ah well, your decision.

You should really post up your Pokémon’s Natures. It’s the only way we can tell which is a good moveset for Mew.

A special sweeping set with or without a heal/stat up move.

Healing moves might help due to Celebi's many weaknesses. It can also learn Shock Wave and Water Pulse, but they only have 60 power.

Thunderbolt > Shock Wave. Never Miss attacks aren't powerful without a very high attack power and STAB.

Umbreon ;197;

This isn't a reliable moveset, but at least Umbreon can hold on its own. Many people choose to use as Supporter which has no attack moves or status move due to its low attack.
