Dragon Claw is an option over Ice Beam, for STAB. You could also just run Dragon Claw and Psychic, for dual STAB, which can sometimes be helpful ingame. BoltBeam/BoltClaw covers more types though. Overheat could go over Fire Blast on Groudon, since he's mainly a physical attacker anyways. And Registeel likes Bold Nature, on that set anyways.
