I doubt these are good EVs, but I feel tired... You could put more EVs in HP or take out some attack and put more on HP and defenses.

Shadow Ball
Substitute
Focus Punch
Recover/Fake Out/Confuse Ray/Detect

It's slow enough to put Substitute to work and can also Focus Punch. Shadow Ball for STAB and Recover to heal. The other options are if you don't want to breed for Recover.

Well, Breed with Kadabra/Alakazam/Meditite/Medicham for Recover.

Thanks, but my Blaziken has fighting moves that can take down normals and substitute is probably not useful without it. I also use Ice Punch a lot to take down dragons. I could probably replace physchic with recover though

Okay, Sableye can’t even take out Salamence in one hit with Ice Punch. That’s how bad it is at attacking.

The only way Sableye can work is by disabling the opponent with this set:

Sableye seriously can’t hurt anything unless it’s 50 levels higher than the opponent. Don't waste your Brick Break and Calm Mind TMs on it.

Sismic toss

But, personally, I wouldn't use it.

Pheboe has one too, amazeing what trash is in the Ellite 4 sometimes...
