Scuicune: Lv. 42, Icy wind, bubblebeam, gust, water gun
Lugia: Lv. 47, Fly, waterfall, hydro pump, recover
Fraligater: 45: Surf, headbut, slash, bite
Kadabra: Lv. 43, Psycic, Psywave, recover, flash.
I got to Lance but died. I know my team isn't that great, but please, rate anyway.

not much you can do with this team. Rapidash isnt a good pokemon, Kadabra sucks unless you can evolve it, without Ice Beam, Suicune falls and no aeroblast on lugia

try breeding or catching a new team, or just plain old restarting. Gatr and Amphy are good, but the rest arent. you dont have to, but if you want to beat lance with this team, you'll have trouble, not to mention your rival

Lugia is awesome but I dislike ubers. Rapidash sucks when you can get Magmar, Ninetales, Typhlosion, etc.

aeroblast? you dont have a move-re-learner in silver so your screwed. and come on..look at your team..they are all below 50..you need to have them to at least 45 to pass..well my opinion:
Your team just sucks.(can i say that?)

I beat the league often with lvl 45 Pokemon. The GSC elite 4 are weak.

You try beating them with six level 40 grass types that have no movepool.
