Brick break > low kick on weavile just for more consistent attacks.
Ice shard is unnecessary in my opinion because you probably will be outspeeding most things. It's fine to have it but also consider replacing it with swords dance

On lucario I would make two changes
Rock slide > earthquake because EQ does similar coverage with aura sphere that is unnecessary
Shadow ball > close combat because I don't think there's a need to have two of the same type moves in this set.

Focus blast > overheat on magmortar
Avoid using overheat when all your other moves are special

Ice Fang is fine too , if you can't gather the BP.

Shadow Ball is nice on Lucario , it gives you unresisted coverage , so I'd ditch Earthquake , since it's rebundant with Fighting Type Moves.

so the recommendations for lucario are rock slide and shadow ball, if i don't have rock slide, then go with ice punch, right?xd

One more thing ; if you don't need Fly on Dragonite , replace it with Fire Punch.

I actually think ice punch is more beneficial than rock slide. I've always liked that combo more in the first place.
Plus, I think being able to hit ground types super effectively is a priority for lucario
