but the types are messed up, a fighting can easily take it out. But i realise you have a move that can take it out (phychc)!

Sneasel(If it's at lv 100, it doesn't need EXP Share)@Leftovers/Amulet Coin
Ice Beam OR HP Ice, you only really need one special attack on Sneasel
Brick Bream, an okay choice

Umbreon was not made to be a pure attacker. It is a tank. Where it's Defence/SP Defence > SP attack, and Jolly downs SP attack and ups speed, making Umbreon's normally bad SP attack worse, making it where Umbreon should be made into a tanking annoyer rather then an attemped sweeper.

This double team is alright for Colo, but with both pokemon lacking in SP attack, neither can fully take advantage of being a dark type, and Sneasel nor Umbreon really can't support the other very much. So you should either subsitute Sneasel or Umbreon out for another pokemon.

I'm not sure if Umbreon still has a chance to learn it but it should have Helping Hand. If it can't, then the moves Renegade suggested should be fine.
