Probably the best he can do in Advance. HP [Ghost] is prefered since nothing resists both Fighting and Ghost, but Steel Wing is an option if you want something else besides Reversal.

Personally I wouldn't recommend using two Dragon Dancers in a team. Dragonite's definitely the better one, so use it.
