I don't know much, so I'll just say this - don't you dare get rid of Rock Slide for Hyper Beam on Tyranitar! Not only is Rock Slide powerful, it has STAB, and Hyper Beam is actually really crap! Thrash isn't much good either, almost anything can go there, something like Thunderbolt or Surf, at least it's better than Thrash.

Oh, why DO you have so many Hyper Beams? Get rid of them all since it'll just give your enemy a free turn.

Having two attacking moves of the same type is no good either, such as hydro pump and surf. Also, if you must keep thrash, give it a bitter berry or something. And if you want outrage, give your Dragonaire (why havn't you evolved it?) safeguard, or bitter berry works there as well. Why does Gyrados only have three attacks?

This team will get owned by any random Pokemon, and you will especially get owned HARDCORE by water types with only two resits and 2 4x weaks and a 2x weak. No teambuilding thoughts whatsoever. I recommend you start all over again.

Hyper Beam is the worst move ever in the game. Use return if you want a normal move.

First of all, do not replace Rock Slide with Hyper Beam, very stupid. If you really want Hyper beam that bad, replace Thrash on Tyranitar with it. Ivysaur's moveset is good once you put those two replacing moves, why not trying to throw in a sunny day also to help your solarbeam? TAKE TYPHLOSION OUT OF YOUR BOX!!! He's awesome if you use him! Also, you might wanna try taking Dragonair out and evolving it and teaching it one or two elemental moves to help its moveset. Try giving Raichu a move thats not electric seeing as how you have three electric moves on him, any ground type pokemon would own him. Teach Gyarados another move. Anyway, overall a pretty decent team.
