sub on bellyzard is a waste, and is a lame excuse for not predicting

hm one question, I was looking over a lapras strat why does it have frustration in most of its move sets

frustration = return if you want. and that's because lapras's physical movepool doesn't have very much, so a 102 power normal move, even without STAB or added effects, is useful.
