Rate My Team + Moveset Help

I've started breeding for natures to make my 'super' team. I'll be using it in BF or probably one of the GC games. Since you can't use identical held items, the only one I KNOW I want to use Leftovers for is Houndoom, so any tips about what items I should use would be nice. No levels because the team doesn't actually exist yet (well, the Charizard does, but I'm breeding right now).

Actually, I think all the natures I picked out are good. Why would Blastoise need MORE Def? His Def stat is already tankish, and his only enemies are Elec and Grass types, so it needs a Sp Def boost.
Starmie's already ridiculously fast, too...
Machamp already has amazing Atk.
And I absolutely will NOT get a Lonely Charizard, he needs all the Def he can get.

But I like what you said about EV training, of course I'll do that.

Do I really want BD instead of SD on Charizard since his ATK is already great, and he doesn't have the def stats to justify sacrificing HP?
