There is no Battle Frontier in R / S, only Emerald. I only have Sapphire.

Blaziken - Adamant / Naughty (if you're using Flamethrower). Meh: Overheat + Adamant works best ingame IMO.
Gengar - Timid
Flygon - Adamant
Salamence - Adamant
Milotic - Bold
Metagross - Adamant
