I can't believe I'm the only person to pick up on this... Why does this Venusaur have a Modest nature if it isn't even using ANY Sp.Atks and only normal Atk in which it's stats are reduced because of the Modest nature? I'm not saying it's a crap moveset, but make sure you know which nature is which before you start having a go at everyone else.
For this moveset, you would want something like an Adamant or Brave nature.

I thot Sludge Bomb was a SP. ATK. isn't it? If not, he could replace it with Razor leaf er somethin right?
