Ok, so for the record I started playing Pokemon with Pokemon diamond, so i'm not a veteran but i'm not a complete noob. Also, to add I don't really EV train or nature train or whatever, so here's the Pokemon i trained in my Black.

Item Life Orb
Nature Rash/Mild/Lonely/Naughty/Naive/Hasty
Ability Gluttonny

Crunch/Return
Fire Blast and Flamethrower is the only good Special Attack STAB move for Simisear, Fire Blast for more power or Flamethrower for more accuracy
Focus Blast give a lot of coverage for Simisear, also it has high base power
Rock Slide provide some more coverage, also it has 30% to flinch your opponent Pokemon
Crunch give some coverage, but if you can't get Crunch because it was a pre-evulution move, then you need to use Return instead for a high base power move.
Life Orb is a really useful item for Simisear because it gain both Attack and Special Attack, Life Orb make Simisear has a lot higher chance to OHKO your opponent Pokemon

Tailwind double speed for Swanna and your team for 3 turns, she is easy to faint, so you can just start off with a Tailwind and after Swanna faint your next Pokemon speed will be double
Scald is better than Surf because it only have 15 less base power than Surf and it has 30% chance tomburn your opponent Pokemon
Hurricane is a powerful STAB move, also it have 30% to confuse your opponent Pokemon or if you don't like the low accuracy of Hurricane, then you need to use Air Slash instead for a STAB move and it have 30% to flinch your opponent Pokemon
Ice Beam provide more coverage, also it can freeze your opponent Pokemon
Focus Sash help Swanna to survive more than one turn which make Swanna can at least set up a Tailwind



For Volcarona
Just one level left and you can learn Fiery Dance, it is a lot better than Heat Wave because it only have 20 less base power than Heat Wave, also it has 50% chance of gaining Special Attack and after it already boost its Special Attack, Fiery Dance will have more power than Heat Wave, so just use Fiery Dance instead of Heat Wave. My recommend item for Volcarona is Life Orb or Leftover, Life Orb to gain Special Attack by 1.3 which help you to OHKO your opponent Pokemon more easier or Leftover to gain Volcarona HP by 1/16 every turn.

For Ludicolo
Use Ice Beam instead of Nature Power for more coverage and more base power. Hidden Power Ground instead of Rain Dance because Hidden Power Ground give more coverage ans Rain Dance may ruin your Fire type Pokemon by lower Fire type move by 50%.
