Alright, I've tried NB for the first time the past couple of nights, and this is a team I built. It's winning... sometimes. I've got a few problems with things I can't handle, but I don't know if it's inexperience or a crappy team, so I'm putting this here for all of you to look at (and potentially laugh at).

Starmie @ Leftovers ** Orion

Raikou wants Timid, I like the EV's to be 60 HP / 216 Spd / Rest in SAtk.

Swampert wants Leftovers, chesto rest sucks. And you'll want some Attack and some SAtk if you want Ice Beam to actually hurt stuff (standard SAtk is ~220).

Blissey should have ~704 HP, and the leftover EV's in SDef. Ice beam or Twave over Flamethrower.

Swampert needs a Relaxed nature, and ~240 Defense.

Duggy wants 32 Sp.Def EV's. Take out all the HP and then take away Spd.

No Normal Resist and 1 unreliable Flying Resist hurts from a CBer perspective. Swampert can only take so many CB STAB hits before going down.
