Rate My Team - - RUBY

I've just beaten the final gym leader, and I think I may be ready to beat the Elite Four. I'd like some suggestions as to how to improve my team, if possible, before I go onto however to get there xD
(In no particular order)

Swellow: Level 38
-Fly
-Aerial Ace
-Wing Attack
-Quick Attack

Magneton: Level 41
-Supersonic
-Sonicboom
-Thunder Wave
-Spark

Sceptile: Level 42
-Rock Smash
-Aerial Ace
-Leaf Blade
-Cut

Azumarill: Level 36
-Strength
-Waterfall
-Dive
-Surf

Gardevoir: Level 40
-Thunderbolt
-Shock Wave
-Psychic
-Flash

Groudon: Level 45
-Slash
-Bulk Up
-Earthquake
-Fire Blast

You really need to do some training my top pokemon was level 65 when I face the elite four, but great movesets

Yeah to atleast 45+.

I struggled hugely with level 45's. Steven (the champion) is ruthlessly strong. Metagross will cause you massive problems. Its Level 58!

cut= a bad attack replaceit with body slam or strength(if sceptile can lern them i never had one)

flash= bad accuracy i'd say shadow ball, but thats your dicision

Magnaton= sonicboom, supersonic=gotta go keep supersonic if it cant learn confuse ray i dont no what u should do to get rid of sonic boom(20 damage)
get it to lern thunderbolt instead of spark. i forget the other attack....

swello had-areal ace,and thats good but fly is the sme thing, but it takes to long and it usually misses

azumaril is almost-perfect [nobodys perfect =)]

why do you say they are great he uses all those hm moves
and overlap moves like surf, waterfall, dive

anyway the pkmn choice is in your own opinion but change the movesets they arent good im now to lazy to rate because im sick......
btw azumarill is the worst on this team
