I'd suggest to keep Nidoking a physical sweeper, it's not good as a mixed sweeper because its Atk and Sp. Atk aren't that close in numbers. Add Shadow Ball for psychic types, and for more type coverage. Also, Altaria is one of those Flying/Dragon types that don't have a lot of staying power. Use Salamence or Draongnite instead. These two are made for physical sweepeing, however. If you want a special sweeper that's a dragon, stick with Latios or Latias.

Quick Attack is way too common InGame to rely on it though. His Heracross is just fine anyways and doesn't need replacing, save for that it needs Rock Slide over Earthquake.

Quite telling people to ditch Pokemon. Most of the Pokemon you suggest people rid of are completely fine.
