I'm a flying trainer and i have just started EV training.

The is my MONO flying team (still under construction):

1) Pidgeot lvl 45 Hasty Nature

Wing Attack
Featherdance
Quick Attack
Double Team

2) Skarmory lvl 53 Relaxed Nature

Drill Peck
Metal Sound
Air Cutter
Steel Wing

3) Crobat lvl 60 Hasty Nature

Aerial Ace
Shadow Ball
Sludge Bomb
Steel Wing

4) Charizard lvl 64 Jolly Nature

Flamethrower
Fly
Aerial Ace
Blast Burn

5) Hoppip (in egg) Jolly Nature

This is the squad so far, what do you think? What should I drop and what should I keep? Can you help me complete my squad?

Cos you are keeping to a mono team, you could smack in a Gyarados, but that way you would have no Water Moves. And you still need to try to get some Variety in a Mono team.

Similar to Fighting Masters, but if you go with Encore, you can switch into Earthquakes. But it's a bit pointless on a Mono flying team!
Hokay, so, on second thoughts go with Sub, Swords Dance is a bit risky as your already relying on luck with Sleep Powder.

Sub is really for the extra protection.
You sleep Powder, then Leech Seed, Then Sub... Then let it slowly drain the health/Cause a switch.

Which one is the best for me to use?
Not sure about Dodrio, already have a normal flying.

I prefer Dodrio over Pidgeot see.

Erm, If you want, you could use Zapdos. Just the thing is, it can't get a HP [Special].

But if you have the Pokemon XD one (off Tom mabie) you could get one with Extrasensory!

Erm, Well, Articuno is crap.
It has a non-existant movepull, and what it does have is annoyingly useless.
AND it has a 4x weakness to Rock

*Clutches Zapdos pokeball tightly within arms* No, mine, mine, preciousss!

Zapdos is possibly the best Legendary bird, but don't be put off the others.
Ok, don't really need Molty as your using Charizard.
Articuno is alright though. Im not the best at movesets, FM should be able to knock one up quick.

What are you drawing the line at, legendarywise? Would you accept using Ubers? If so, add Lugia on your possible list.

Not sure about using Ubers, think it may be a bit much.

Articuno should be added since its the only flying that can actually special sponge even with electric weak and such.

Ninjaskpass would work well with a reciever such as dodrio, salamence, or even gligar.

Charizard should be bellyzard.

Dodrio can be adamant since it is getting a speed boost from ninjask.

but since this is ingame, if you can't get HP Ground/Fighting, you could go with Steel Wing.
