Timid lets you outrun Adamant Duggy, which will eat you up easier if you got Modest. Enough speed for 352-3, max SA, rest in HP, and Hidden Power [Ice] might work here over Crunch

Spikes plz, to take advantage of Roarcune. I like Zap Cannon or Rest over Explosion, because blowing up your spinner isn't exactly the best idea. IMO 352 HP, 400 Def and rest in Atk/SDef works for me

actually the only purpose for Explosion in forry is to make a statement when he's about to go down.

Actually Zapdos and Starmie somewhat can be handled by Raikou. Surf/Ice Beam starmie is walled by Cune. Surf/TBolt Starmie is destroyed by Sceptile and Boltbeam Starmie fears Boah. Raikou seems to be the only other problem

I like raikous with ~336-338 stat speed since most duggys run 334-336 speed, gengar runs ~330 speed, and some starmies run in that area as well.


Replace tyranitar with celebi/blisseysnorlax/regice since sandstream ruins recovery if you have it with tar.
