your team is nice, but an dark/bug type could pretty much destroy mewtwo, Jiarchi, and umbreon. Aerodactyl will be destoryed by rock, salamence by ice. that is pretty much 3 pokemon and they still can have 6. You might want to counter those things like switching to other pokemon.

I won't give up!
Since they're all lv 100 , you can't switch natures anymore... Anyway , I'll give it a try :

Mewtwo @ Lum Berry
Modest nature ( + SpAtt , - Att )
- Calm Mind
- Psychic
- Ice Beam / Thunderbolt / Flamethrower
- Recover
Just use Calm Mind once and start sweeping. Psychic gains STAB so it's pretty powerful. For his second special move it depends on what type your team doesn't cover. And if your low on HP , use Recover.

Kyogre @ Leftovers
Modest Nature ( + SpAtt , - Att )
- Calm Mind
- Thunder
- Surf
- Ice Beam
Don't replace any moves , you had a great set! Calm Mind for a boost and let's sweep!

Umbreon @ Leftovers / Chesto Berry
Bold Nature ( + Def , - Att )
- Mean Look
- Toxic
- Wish / Rest / Moonlight
- Baton Pass / Confuse Ray
Just use Mean Look so your opponent can't switch. Then use Toxic. If you consider using Rest , you could replace Leftovers with a Chesto Berry. For the last moveslot you could use Baton Pass to switch to a pokemon that is suitable for the situation , or you could use Confuse Ray to annoy your oppenent even more.

Aerodactyl @ Choice Band / Salac Berry
Adamant nature ( + Att , - SpAtt )
- Earthquake
- Aerial Ace
- Rock Slide
- Double Edge
Since it has Rock Head as its ability you did great with including Double Edge. Since it has 130 base speed it outruns most pokemon so I suggest boosting that attack. You could replace CB with Salac Berry so you can adapt yourself to different situations. ( Note : If you ever come across a Jolteon , switch! )

Jirachi @ Leftovers
??? nature ( + SpAtt , - Def / SpDef )
- Doom Desire
- Psychic
- Thunder / Thunderbolt
- Wish
Jirachi has a wonderful ability that increases the chance of any side effects. Therefore Thunder or Thunderbolt should be on this set due to the chance of paralyzing ( Thunder for power , T-Bolt for accuracy ). Psychic en Doom Desire gain STAB. Wish is a nice move that works great with Leftovers.

Salamence @ Lum Berry / Salac Berry
Adamant nature ( + Att , - SpAtt )
- Dragon Dance
- Aerial Ace
- Earthquake
- Brick Break / Rock Slide / HP Rock
Standard Salamence set. Dragon Dance to raise Attack and Speed and let's sweep! You could give it a Lum Berry so it won't be affected by a status condition , a Salac Berry to boost speed if Mence is low on HP or even try to consider using a Shell Bell ( recovers 1/8 of damage done to opponent ).

Conclusion : you don't need to switch any of your pokemon but your team has a major Ice and Bug weakness. So you may consider switching one pokemon with a Fire type to cover those weaknesses.
BTW , next time , try to write movesets like above. Then it's more clearly for members to read it.

I know I know , I'm horrible in giving movesets. Please forgive me.

Thank you! The reason why I use jirach as a tank is because he has +defense nature and I put all the EV's into HP,DEF and SP.DEF. But I suppose you can, with the proper EV's and nature, also use him as a thunderdancer because of the serene grace...
Ex.
Jirachi, leftovers/salac berry
rain dance
thunder
water pulse
psychic/doom desire

rain dance powers up WP and makes thunder 100% accurate. thunder has a big chance of paralyzing, WP confuses. I would go for psychic in the last slot 'cause you'll probably put the EV's into sp. att. than att., which makes psychic just as pwrful as DD;)
