Ok, your natures suck for most of your pokemon!!
Crobat - Modest (modest reduces your attack for sp attk if you didnt know) that's plain horrible especially because crobat utilizes speed and attack
Alakazam - Lonely (attack boosted over speed) Alakazam sux in attk and speed is used to out manouver all opponents, i'd change this too, fast
Hardy and Docile are useless as well however since it's in-game it's an exception because they dont reduce anything important on your poke's.

Secondly that crobat only has attacking moves (no special moves) proving modest is useless, the same with Alakazam, it has no physical moves only special, proving lonley sucks on him. Also i'm not sure mild is so good on brelloom, being 4x weak to flying and with poor defence, mild does not help your causes at all....

Well I'd care less for natures... I just get my pokemon the way they are.

You alakazam could use psychic over one of his moves, its way better than psybeam.

Heres a word of advice, dont bother about natures or IVS/EVs until youve beaten the elite four - their easy enough without it. Once youve beaten them, focus on natures and such, its a lot easier.
