Before I rate: is this for double battle? Because skill swap on Blissey and slack off on Slaking are pretty much useless in singles. Also, are you using Item Clause? Because regardeless of whether you're using the clause or not, hax items (Brightpowder, Focus Band, etc.) should not be used in competitive battling for battling has enough luck in them as it is (critical hits, flinching, etc.).
