Lydia
HP Ice and Dragon Pulse seem kind of redundant on the same Lucario set. The main idea for HP Ice is to deal with Dragons, otherwise Dragon Pulse is the way to go. Fighting + Dragon offers a lot of coverage.

dont bump, hehe, ok yeah HP Ice with Dragon Pulse is redundant sorry about that, Flash Cannon as a another STAB could work but as everyone knows Stell has Horrible coverage! So Tombux pick from but not limited to Psychic, Vacuum Wave, or Flash Cannon
