This is my idea for a team that covers most weaknesses.


Sceptile
Nature:Modest
Ev: 252 Spd. 252 Sp atk. 4 Hp.
Moves: Giga Drain, Leaf Storm, Dragon pulse, and Focus Blast


Swampet
Nature: Hardy
Ev: 252 Hp. 252 sp atk. 4 Sp def.
Moves: Stealth Rock, Earthquake, Surf and Ice beam

Lucario
Nature : Bold
Ev 252 atk, 252 sp atk, 4 def.
Moves. Dragon pulse, Drain punch, Aura sphere and psychic.


Rypheripor
Nature: Brave
EV: 252 Atk. 252 Def, 4 hp
Abillity Solid rock
Moves, Earthquake, Megahorn, Avalanche, Stone edge.


Scizor
Nature: lonely
Ev: 252 Atk, 252 spd, 4 Sp def
Abillity: Techinian
Moves: Bullet punch, x scissor, Iron head and sword dance.


Gengar
Nature: Timid
Ev: 252 SP atk, 252 Spd, 4 hp
Moves: explosion, Shadowball, Dark pulse, thunderbolt.

Ok I can make a couple of those changes. But I think I'll keep Iron Head for the stab, and maybe give my Gengar Flamethrower.

foxymans some rater who will probably come and rate the other half of your team

Gengar doesn't learn Flamethrower, Hidden Power is the only
way to have a fire type move on Gengar.

Scizor doesn't need 2 steel attacks, replace Iron Head with
Roost for healing. Just so you know, Bug Bite is stronger than
X-Scissor after the Technician boost.

Stealth Rock is useless in-game, so replace Swampert's SR
with Stone Edge for added coverage.

Energy Ball>Giga Drain on Sceptile, even though you get HP
back from GD, Sceptile is too frail and GD is weak, so Energy
Ball is usually the better choice.

You should use Aura Sphere/Shadow Ball/Dragon Pulse/Vacuum
Wave on Luc. Aura Sphere is STAB and get complete coverage
with Shadow Ball, Dragon Pulse add neutral coverage while
Vacuum Wave is STAB priority.
