For your convenience, Lv. 51-70 Pokémon can Pickup Rest TMs, but that is Extremely rare.

i have a lvl 100 linoone with pick up..but that wont work
abd omg i used it to battle lots of pokemon and it didnt pik up a single item

i might replace blaziken with a grass pokemon to take down tuckers swampert
any suggestions?
i am one pokemon away from completing the hoenn dex
so ill be able to pik a starter..

The predator awaits.
You need a physical sweeper no matter what. Take out Blaziken and you'll risk yourself getting walled bad by special walls. Ditch Walrein and get something that can tank. Meggie's not too bad, but a bulky water is definitely better.

I believe this is the standard set, and it works pretty well. For the last slot I prefer an offensive move, though you won't really be doing much damage outside of Countering and seeding.

and i know i sound like a total noob asking for so much help, but im not
ive been playing for 6 six years
and im just not into strategic battling..at leats not yet
ive started to get into it..but for now, i still need a lil help
so, what would you suggest(i also use this word alot)

Milotic would be a good bulky water although I don't know a good moveset for one that doesnt have at least one defensive move.

Meganium isn't really cut out to sweep: it doesn't have the stats or the movepool to do so. Shame: Meggie's one of my favourite Johto starters.

ReSTalk works particularly well with Marvel Scale at sponging physical attacks. Milotic pulls this off with ease. Rest can be chain bred from any compatible pokemon that knows it since Feebas can learn TM moves. The Sleep Talk tutor is in the treehouse where you get the Hidden Power TM in Fortree City. If you don't want ReSTalk go with the Hypnosis / Toxic + Recover set.
Other good bulky waters include Swampert, Vaporeon and Suicune.
Don't worry: you'll improve. Everyone was a noob once. The only difference between a good noob and a bad noob is that good noobs will always know when to ask and take good advice. True a.k.a. bad noobs don't and will always presume they're right all the time, and those are the ones who piss me off.

Beat the Elite 4 in FR/LG. Walk around the grass in Kanto. Suicune will appear randomly.how the hell do i get a suicune?

Wait, it only works if you chose Charmander as your starter.
For Raikou, you have to choose Squirtle. For Entei, you have to choose Bulbasaur.
