Baton Passing Scizor is not that good. Gets walled easily. Besides, Baton Passing is owned by Pseudo Haze. But if you must, HP Bug/Double Edge/Steel Wing can be put there. Prolly one of the first two. I would use something else.

Flareon is fragile as hell. Go with Sweeper Charizard in its place. Belly Drum/EQ/Rock Slide/Fire Blast @ Leftovers. But if you must use Flareon, Curse or Reflect or Charm/Body Slam/Fire Blast/Rest @ Mint Berry.

Giga Drain won't find much playing time. Sleep Powder/Explosion/Substitute are all better choices there. Leftovers.

- Body Slam
- Shadowball

Counter is a more original idea and works. Lets go for power with Double Edge over Body Slam. Shadow Ball is good for Ghosts and Psychics, but EarthQuake is stronger, handles Gengar and DEdge ownz the Psychics. Leftovers plz.

You have no P Hazer, so you can add Roar to alleviate that and then Rest. Leftovers. Or you can drop Blastoise, turn it into Suicune, and make Suicune the PHazer.

Blastoise
- Surf
- Icebeam
- Counter
- Mirror Coat

Instead of using the inferior Blastoise, you could use Suicune @ Leftovers Surf/Toxic/Roar/Rest. This solves your P Hazer problem and frees up a slot on Rhydon to add either Substitute or Zap Canon (to surprise Starmies and such) or even Curse.
