Surf works, but striking first w/aqua jet makes for a nice surprise
rapid spin to clear the field of seeds and spikes, if you don't think you'll run into that go with protect
yawn to phaze

After a curse Swampert will be slow enough to almost guarantee double damage avalanches. Also after the curse you'll gain massive STAB on your EQ and waterfall.

~Recover/Psychic

If you are going for wise glasses take recover, otherwise use psychic.

Makes an ok thunder-dancer and team supporter. (I'd prefer to see a lapras here due to better all around stats)

A tankish turtle. Makes a good spinner to get rid of spikes, rocks, and seeds. Good support with toxic or yawn. Aqua ring and Leftovers provides great recovery every turn, Protect for more tanking, Ice beam if you want another attack.


Give Sharpedo a life orb, he'll be OHKO'd by anthing that attacks him so might as well get all the damage out of him that you can. If you do give him life orb go with earthquake over double edge.
