For Absol
Absol has really low Special Attack compare to attack, so I wouldn't use Flamethrower and Ice Beam. Replace either of them with Night Slash or Sucker Punch and Superpower.

For Milotic
I would not use 3 Water Type move because it is a waste of space, so replace Dive with Ice Beam for a lot of coverages.

I am not really good with rating these kind of Pokemon, so I will let the others help. Just to know, you don't want a Pokemon with the same type of move unless it is a speed priority move.

Bold is a bad Nature for it, since Bold reduces Attack. And I doubt you still need Cut now.

for Milotic, replace Waterfall, Dive, and Dragon Tail with Ice Beam, Dragon Pulse, and maybe Toxic. Or check its Hidden Power, if it's anything not [Water/Ice/Dragon/Steel/Poison], then you can use it over Toxic.

for Lucario, I doubt you still need Strength, so replace it with Shadow Ball, Shadow Claw, or Dark Pulse.
