Don't try Crunch. I'd go with Swords Dance. Double Team doesn't work either.

Gardevoir @ Sitrus Leftovers
T-Bolt
Calm Mind
Psychic
Shadow Ball(Sharked for TM)

You don't have to shark the TM. You can just buy it as Game Corner in FR/LG. That sharking was a waste too since Shadow Ball has no place on a Gardevoir. Think Will-O-Wisp.

Exploud @ Chesto Leftovers
Hyper Beam(?)
Rest
Swagger
Extrasensory

Hyper Beam is a no-no. That one turn spent recharging gets you one turn closer to oblivion. Go with this set:

Return
Shadow Ball
Earthquake
Overheat

Glalie @ Nevermeltice(Didn't know what else to put on him.) Lum
Sheer Cold
Earthquake
Light Screen
Crunch

It's tough to rate a Glalie. It's just not useful. I could only suggest Ice Beam over Sheer Cold, but since it's already there, keep it. You seem to be willing to take the risk.

Absol @ Lax Incense(For Acc.) Leftovers
Aerial Ace
Swords Dance
Iron Tail
Shadow Ball

Moves like Iron Tail are ones you easily could skip. Heck, even Return could take the place of Iron Tail anyday.

Swords Dance
Return
Shadow Ball
Fire Blast/Magic Coat

Skarmory @ Chesto Leftovers
Rest
Toxic
Steel Wing
Spikes

Don't use Chesto on Skarmory. More useful combos for Chesto exist. Looks okay otherwise, but I'd go with HP Steel over Steel Wing for reasons pertaining to accuracy. They're both of the same power when HP Steel is maxed out.

Good or no?

I'd say the latter. Your team needs work. It's a fine first attempt at learning the ways, though.
Comments are in bold.

Double Team is awful, swords dance please. Don't use crunch on mawile, return maybe?
Gardevoir @ Sitrus

Shadow Ball on Gardevoir... *takes photo* Proof that there are still idiots in this world... jk
Exploud @ Chesto
Hyper Beam(?)

You had better hope 0mastar doesn't see that Hyper Beam. Swagger is... iffy.
Glalie @ Nevermeltice(Didn't know what else to put on him.)
Sheer Cold
Earthquake
Light Screen
Crunch
Hey it's never melt ice on a POKEMON WITH NO ICE MOVES ARRGH! SheerCold is terrible, Ice beam please.
Absol @ Lax Incense(For Acc.)
Aerial Ace
Swords Dance
Iron Tail
Shadow Ball
Hax Items are baaad. Otherwise it's alright, don't use iron tail though
Skarmory @ Chesto

Steel Wing
Spikes
Original.

3/10. Post natures, use common sense

Yeah, I just went to the Elite Four with this team and I got stomped,
Hey it's never melt ice on a POKEMON WITH NO ICE MOVES ARRGH!
I noticed that too, and fell out of my chair laughing. :/

Sorry for making whoever read/reads this look at that team. :(

Could you suggest something different?

Sea Ruby Trainer
Mabye instead of Glalie, you could use Lanturn. IIRC,Surf/Ice Beam/Thunderbolt/Thunder Wave was the moveset.

Air Dragon

Ha, ha... not.
This team is for ruby/sapphire/emerald, right?

Mawile @ Quick Claw/Focus Band
Attract/Return
Iron Defense
Baton Pass
Crunch(Or another stat move?)
Note: Attract, in my opinion, will up your chances of evasion more than Double Team. Especially against Earthquake.

Gardevoir @ Leftovers
T-Bolt
Calm Mind
Psychic
Shadow Ball(Sharked for TM)
Note: You didn't have to Shark... in Emerald TM30 (Shadow Ball) is on Mt Pyre.

Exploud @ Shell Bell
Try Overheat
Rest
Sleep Talk (For when he/she's using Rest)
Extrasensory
Note: I opted Overheat over Hyper Beam because of accuracy issues. Besides, Exploud should have Attack and Special Attack equal and as it's hightest stats.

Glalie @ Nevermeltice(Didn't know what else to put on him.)
Maybe Blizzard or Hail
Earthquake
Light Screen
Ice Beam
Note: Should be kept in good shape for Sidney and Drake

Absol @ Blackglasses
Aerial Ace
Bite
Iron Tail
Shadow Ball

Skarmory @ Sharp Beak
Air Cutter
Swift/ Double Team
Steel Wing
Spikes

All in all, my only advice would be to lose Mawile (Skarmory is fine) and train a Flygon with the following moveset:

Flygon @ Charcoal/Miracle Seed
Flamethrower
Dragon Breath
Giga Drain
Crunch

to make the team more balanced

Gardevoir @ Leftovers/Lum Berry
T-Bolt/Ice Punch
Calm Mind
Psychic
Will-O-Wisp

Exploud @ Chesto

Ditch.

Glalie @ Nevermeltice(Didn't know what else to put on him.)

Ditch.

Absol @Leftovers
Return
Swords Dance
Baton Pass
Shadow Ball

Skarmory @ Leftovers
Drill Peck
Roar
Rest

Ignore the above poster. Never EVER use Double Team or hax items. The only items you should use are:

Leftovers
Choice Band
Lum Berry
Petaya Berry
Liechi Berry
Salac Berry

Also, you should never have to cheat on such a simple game.

Teach glalie an ice attack that can actually hit something. Moves like double team are pointless. Get rid of rest on skarmory and give it a flying attack.

Taunt/Torment---double team is bad, some people will even say it's for g**s
Iron Defense
Baton Pass
Swords Dance

Gardevoir @ Sitrus
T-Bolt
Calm Mind
Psychic
Will-o-wisp (breeeding)/Hypnosis (if you don't wanna breed)--Shadow ball is a attack move, and gardevoir hasn't attack, it has sp.attack

Exploud @ Chesto
Return
Shadow Ball
Earthquake
Overheat

Glalie @ Nevermeltice(Didn't know what else to put on him.)
Explosion
Ice Beam
Light Screen
Block/toxic/spikes
Glalie hasn't the best movepool...

Absol @ Lax Incense(For Acc.)
Aerial Ace
Swords Dance
Return
Shadow Ball

Skarmory @ Chesto
Rest
Drill Peck
Whirwind/Roar
Spikes

Good or no?

Here are some tips or things i haven't said before:
1-i don't rate items (sorry)
2-Glalie is a very bad ice pokemon, i think that you should go with the icy Walrein (still, it isn't the best...)

Hope i've helped!!!
