Rate That Pokemon: Day 1 -- 001-010

Starting now, I'm going to start a series of topics where we rate every Pokemon of the RBY generation. The criteria to rate by is as follows:

- Anything. From combat ability to appearance to personal opinion. Any reason is a valid reason. Just remember that whatever you rate them on, use RBY standards. This includes the "RBY Generation" of the anime, manga, and trading cards.

When voting, use a scale of 1-10. Any votes higher than 10 or lower than 1 will not be counted.

Voting ends when I post the new topic, roughly 24 hours, give or take a few depending on my work schedule.
