Rate the Above Character's Superpower

Back when Tigers used to smoke.
Name a character, what series that character is from and that character's power. Provide a picture if you want, it's optional. Then rate the character's power above you. Simple format. If the character has multiple powers, choose one if you can.

Rules:
  • All SPPF rules apply here.
  • Rate the character's power from a 1 to 10 scale.
  • Then state your character's name, what medium that character is from, what the power is all in one post.
  • Post one picture at a time if you want to post.
  • No fan-made or unofficial characters/powers.
A simple format to use is... "'Name of character', the character of 'name of series'. His/Her power, 'name of power'."

Jin-Woo, the main character of the manhwa, Solo Leveling. His power, Necromancy.

This is a power that is terrifying to even extremely powerful foes, because if you can't best Jin-Woo's intellect and his army's strength, your going to end up joining his army of the dead and yes. That is not a villain, that is the hero. I know, crazy right? Giving Necromancy to the hero, not the villain.

As the name suggests, it lets him see everything (foresight not counting, unfortunately for him) and can control anything to do with vision. As such, even with his eyes closed, he can still see just fine and when they are opened, he can hijack other's visions, either for obscuring them or to enhance their vision, see things invisible to others, and see the true name of beings like the extremely powerful vampires, the Blood Breeds, that allows others to seal them using the name.
