Since the "Rate the above fictional character" thread is entirely anime characters, I thought I would create this thread for the sake of variety.
So, one poster posts a picture of a fictional character that is not from an anime. Can be from a live-action or western cartoon. Or any cartoon that isn't Japanese come to think of it, I guess. Hell, it can be a book character, but you'd have to use fanart or an official illustration. It's probably a good idea to label your character if you use a book character + fan art.
Anyway, once a picture is posted, the next poster rates that character and posts his/her own character. The rating can be based on looks if you aren't familiar with the character. And it can be any type of looks: you can rate based on how hot the character is, how cool the character is, etc.
You don't have to go from 1-10 scale. You can use a five star system, or you can rate 1-100. Or you can give a letter grade. Whatever, as long as it's clear.
