Rate the Location Above! V 3.0

This was a game that I always enjoyed on here and, seeing as the old thread hasn't had much activity, I figured that I would restart it. Credit to Riano Ostergarro for the original renditions of this game.

Basically, all you have to do is rate the location of the user based on a scale of 10, 10 being the best.

So yeah, easy game. Let's gets started.
