9 / 10. Flash Cannon is an excellent Steel type move. 1 point lost due to subpar base power for a special move, as Flamethrower, Thunderbolt and others have 90 base power.

8/10 amazing defensive move and great potential for some annoying tank builds, but has a few weaknesses like Taunt, Roar/Whirlwind, and Haze/Clear smog.
