Nope; it's Fafner in the Azure (or Soukyuu no Fafner, if you prefer) the characters are both designed by Hisashi Hirai though.

Like treespyro said, It's great you wish to use an image of yourself but the expression of a profile pic is a representation of you not a picture. Also the image is resized to fit in and I don't like that.
