This is a fun game, the point is to rate the WHOLE sig above your post.

Ex.

This person has a banner with green Grovyle.

^ 7/10 because I like the color green

That person has two blinkies

^ 2/10 no banner, I don't like sigs without banner

And so on!

So since I posted, the np has to rate my sig.
